Our focus is on providing consistent, hands-on support to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for both owners and guests.

Meet and Greet

During the main tourist season, we personally welcome guests upon arrival at your property in Istria.

We hand over the keys, provide a clear introduction to the property, and ensure guests understand how everything works during their stay.

We also explain house rules, check-out procedures and answer any questions to help them settle in comfortably.

For added reassurance, guests are provided with our 24-hour contact number so they can reach us quickly if any issues arise during their stay.
