Key Holding
Our key holding service operates throughout the year, not only during the busy summer season. We carry out regular property inspections to ensure everything remains secure, well maintained and in good condition.
By holding a spare set of keys, we can visit your property approximately twice a month for inspections, airing and general checks, helping to identify and resolve small issues before they develop into larger problems.
We also provide access for electricians, plumbers and other local trades when work is required, as well as coordinating with utility companies in the event of faults or service disruptions.
During quieter months, this service is especially useful for planned maintenance and improvement work such as renovations, furnishing, decorating or upgrades, all managed locally while you are away.
