Key Holding
As well as the main busy summer season we also regularly check your property.
By holding the keys for the property we are able to perform an inspection and airing of the apartment or villa twice a month throughout the year .We also deal with all relevant companies in cases of disconnection or any other irregularities with the property.
Meet and Greet
During the main tourist season when your Istrian property is being rented out we will meet and greet your guests.
We will issue them with keys and give them a tour of the property. We make sure that they are comfortable and answer any additional questions they may have. We ensure that they are informed of the house rules and know the check out procedure .
Cleaning
Having your Istrian property cleaned when the guests leave and having it prepared for the next guests is of most importance if you are to have a successful renting business here in Istria.
Our team of cleaners are here to ensure that your property is professionally cleaned to a very high standard.
Laundry
After the departure of your guests, all the laundry is collected and we replenish all the beds , bathrooms and kitchen with fresh linen for the incoming guests.
We use a profession laundry company based in Pula. So that we are able to offer and maintain a very high standard of laundry care service.
Garden Maintenance
When you own a house or a villa in Istria then you will no doubt need the garden to be well maintained and looked after throughout the year.
We will introduce you to gardeners that offer good advice and regular maintenance.
Swimming Pool
We use several reputable and established companies based in the Pula area.
As well as offering swimming pool construction they all offer a comprehensive pool maintenance package.
Gift Packs
We offer all our Istria property management clients the option of providing welcome and gift packs for their guests.
When requested we will prepare welcome hampers designed and suited around your budget.
Shopping
During a busy tourist season their are often accidental breakages in the apartment or villa.
Our property management team are on hand to ensure that any broken or damaged items are replaced quickly on your behalf.
